Satellite Wholesale Broadband Agreement
The Satellite Wholesale Broadband Agreement (Satellite WBA) is the contractual vehicle that NBN Co uses to supply interim products and services via satellite to its wholesale customers.
The Satellite WBA was released on 16 May 2012. It is intended that NBN Co's existing Customers who are currently operating under the Interim Satellite Agreement (Second Release) will transition to the Satellite WBA.
The Satellite WBA constitutes a standard form of access agreement for the purposes of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Please note that this standard form of access agreement is comprised of both the WBA documentation and the contents of any pending changes already notified to existing customers, as listed below.
Executable copies of the Satellite WBA may be obtained through your NBN Co Account Manager. Where applicable, documents comparing the Satellite WBA to NBN Co's Wholesale Broadband Agreement may also be obtained through your NBN Co Account Manager. The Satellite WBA has been prepared utilising the existing WBA as a base, with changes made only as necessary to align with NBN Co's upstream providers in relation to the interim satellite services, and for the specific nature of services provided via satellite.
