Wholesale broadband agreement consultation May 2011
NBN Co has commenced its second public consultation process on its Wholesale Broadband Agreement. The Wholesale Broadband Agreement contains the terms and conditions NBN Co is proposing to use for the supply of its products and services to the market.
This consultation continues the ongoing industry WBA processes commenced in late October 2010 in relation to NBN Co's proposed contractual arrangements. The documents provided here represent an update to the NBN Co's Wholesale Broadband Agreement (WBA) modules previously released together with WBA modules not available at that time.
Associated documentation also released for the first time includes NBN Co's proposed Credit Policy. NBN Co's Product Catalogue is continuing to undergo development and will be issued in the coming weeks.
Copies of public submissions received in response to the first round of consultation are also provided.
In a process consistent with its previous industry consultations, NBN Co is seeking formal submissions in response to the attached papers by 10 June 2011 via email to although NBN Co will consider late submissions on request.
In the interests of transparency, your submissions will be published on NBN Co's website. Therefore, NBN Co would like those making submissions to provide documents suitable for publication. If your documents contain confidential information, NBN Co requests that these sections are highlighted and that a separate public version of the submission is also provided.
