Wireless trial agreement
NBN Co has published its Wireless Trial Agreement. This agreement is for retail service providers participating in the test and trial of the NBN Co Wireless Access Service.
This service has two phases. The first phase is a business readiness testing phase in Armidale, which is taking place during February and March 2012. NBN Co’s resources in relation to testing are limited, and the test will involve five selected retail service providers. The second phase is a trial phase from 2 April – 30 September 2012, which is available to all Access Seekers who wish to participate and will take place in an expanded number of first release sites. The purpose of the trial is to allow the opportunity for both NBN Co and Access Seekers to test and verify their products, systems and processes for the delivery of the NBN Co Wireless Access Service.
This agreement has been published by NBN Co on its website as a standard form of access agreement.
