Interim satellite service agreement (second release)
The Interim Satellite Service Agreement (Second Release) (SRSS) is the contractual vehicle that NBN Co uses to supply its products and services via satellite to its wholesale customers.
This version of the SRSS constitutes a standard form of access agreement for the purposes of Part XIC of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, resulting in the declaration of the products and services supplied under its terms.

Where applicable, documents comparing this version of the SRSS to the most recent previous version may also be obtained through your NBN Co Account Manager.
