Interim satellite service agreement July 2011
NBN Co has published its Interim Satellite Service Agreement (First Release). This Agreement is for retail service providers participating in the first phase of NBN Co's Interim Satellite Service, known as the First Release Satellite Service (FRSS). This service will be in a ramp-up phase until November, when additional capacity and a wider range of plans are expected to be available.
This Agreement does not apply to any other services that NBN Co offers or plans to offer.
This Agreement has been published by NBN Co on its website as a Standard Form of Access Agreement (SFAA). NBN Co has entered into Access Agreements with six Access Seekers, on the terms and conditions set out in this SFAA, and intends to supply the services to Access Seekers in accordance with the terms and conditions of this SFAA.
This Agreement does not apply to any other services that NBN Co offers or plans to offer.
