First release satellite service (trial) agreement
NBN Co has published its First Release Satellite Service (Trial) Agreement. This Agreement is for retail service providers participating in the trial phase of NBN Co's Interim Satellite Service, known as the First Release Satellite Service (FRSS). This service will be available on a limited basis, including to enable NBN Co to characterise and test the FRSS develop and enhance its network, systems, facilities, products and processes. This Agreement does not apply to any other services that NBN Co offers or plans to offer.
This agreement has been published by NBN Co on its website as a standard form of access agreement (SFAA). NBN Co has entered into this access agreement with two trial RSP participants – Harbour IT and SkyMesh - on the terms and conditions set out in this SFAA, and intends to supply the trial products to trial participants in accordance with the terms and conditions of that access agreement.
