At NBN Co we see our people as vital to our success. We are building the team that will deliver Australia's wholesale-only national broadband network and have implemented rigorous recruitment processes to ensure we employ the right individual for every role.

Our employees have been sourced from a wide range of industry sectors; 65 percent of our team have telco experience with other employees coming from the financial, banking, legal, utilities and public sectors. Almost two-thirds of our staff members have previously held senior management roles in worldwide recognised companies.

Staff can continually develop skills and experience through the NBN Co extensive training programs available to all employees.
